This 26-week accelerator program is not just a job—it’s a business launchpad.

📌 Friday – Sunday (12PM - 12AM): Work your assigned security contract (real experience!)
📌 Monday (Field Training - 4 Hours): Hands-on training in security business operations.

✅ You must meet the following qualifications:
🔹 21+ years old with a valid security guard license.
🔹 Available to work at least 12 hours per day, 5 days per week.
🔹 Willing to be on-call one day per week.
🔹 Ready to start by February 14 - 17, 2025.
🔹 Pass all weekly exams with at least 75%.
🔹 Maintain at least 90% attendance (CEO’s can’t call out sick!).

✔️ Sales, marketing, and landing your first security contract
✔️ How to fund payroll without upfront capital

✔️ Handling emergencies and 24/7 account management
Each CEO trainee will be assigned one active 24/7 security contract, where they will act as the Site Supervisor & Account Manager.
You’ll learn firsthand how to:

The goal is by Week 12, you’ll start landing your own security contracts with paid reoccurring monthly revenue!

💼 Option 1: Work an Extra 10-Hour Shift Per Week
You’ll work 50 hours per week but only get paid for 40 hours. The extra 10 hours go toward funding your business setup (licensing, insurance, bonding, and incorporation).
💰 Option 2: Pay $200 Per Week
Instead of working the extra shift, you can pay $200 weekly to cover your business licensing and setup costs.
